I believe that through these sessions, you will find a transformative practice that integrates body, mind and emotions, and that will help you to arrive at deeper levels of relaxation and awareness. All exercise programs involve a risk of injury. It is highly recommended that you consult your physician prior to beginning this or any other workout/ physical activity. By choosing to participate in these sessions/classes, you voluntarily assume a certain risk of injury.

Therefore, by accepting these terms, you understand that these sessions/classes include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. So, if you experience any pain or discomfort, listen to your body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from your couch.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to inform your couch of any activities or movements, which you feel could cause injury to yourself. These services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. By accepting these terms, you understand that no medical diagnosis will be given and no promises of cure have been made.

By attending these sessions, you affirm that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being, as well as your decision to practice this activity, and you assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or postsurgical, accepting these terms verifies that you have your physician's approval to participate. Spirit Flow Yoga and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to property and/or persons sustained during or as a result of participation in these classes/sessions.

You agree to listen to your body and monitor yourself during every class/session.
